This is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom duplex home, located in the North West Denver metro area near Hwy. 36 and Wadsworth; A great location for anyone who goes to school or works in Denver, Boulder, Longmont, Arvada, Broomfield, or, of course Westminster.

Rent: Rooms and Costs

There are three rooms and two garage spaces in the unit. There is one bedroom (a master bedroom with private bathroom) (no garage space) available for rent starting January 1, 2022 for $1,000/mo. See below for a list of utilities provided. Utilities are included in the rent price. You will need your own bedroom furniture, but the rest of the unit is furnished and comes with shared items like pots/pans, silverware, plates, glasses, etc.

Rent: Terms

A deposit of $1,000 is required. You must agree to stay at least 6 months, and then the agreement is on a month -to-month basis. You have the right to terminate the agreement at any time without penalty with 2 months notice. I reserve the right to terminate the agreement at any time, but will give you a minimum of 30 days notice.

Public Transportation
